Terms of Service

Effective November 4, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Certified Body Shop Near Me website and the general terms under which we repair vehicles. The estimate and work order for your specific repair control the details of that job.

Using this website

This website describes our collision repair, painting and fleet services and lets you request a quote, submit a claim, book an appointment and contact us. By using it, you agree to these terms. Please do not misuse the site: no scraping or automated copying of content, no submitting false or someone else’s information, and no attempts to interfere with the site or its security.

Quotes, estimates and authorization to repair

A request submitted through this website is not a contract and not a final price. After we inspect your vehicle we provide a written estimate. Damage that is hidden until parts are removed may require a supplement, which we submit to your insurer or discuss with you before continuing.

We begin repairs only after you authorize the work. If a repair is not approved, you may be responsible for teardown, storage or other charges already incurred.

You choose where your vehicle is repaired. We work with all major insurance carriers and are happy to help with the claim process.

Appointments and timing

Appointment times requested online are confirmed by our team. Repair timelines are estimates and can change with parts availability, insurer approval and additional damage discovered during the repair. We will keep you updated when that happens.

Payment

Your deductible is generally due when you pick up your vehicle unless we agree otherwise in writing. We bill insurers directly for covered repairs; anything your policy does not cover is your responsibility.

Vehicles not picked up within the agreed time after completion may incur storage charges.

Parts

We use original equipment manufacturer, aftermarket or reconditioned parts as identified on your estimate and agreed with you and your insurer.

Warranty

Our warranty is the one written on your estimate and work order. It covers our workmanship for the period stated there and does not cover unrelated damage, rust or corrosion, prior or poor-quality repairs, misuse, or defects in parts covered by their manufacturer.

Vehicle storage and abandoned vehicles

Please pick your vehicle up promptly once the repair is complete. Vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup period may be charged storage, and vehicles left for an extended period are handled according to Kansas law on abandoned property.

Information on this site is general, not advice

Our guides on insurance, claims and driving in Kansas City are general education. They are not legal, insurance or safety advice for your situation. Your policy and your adjuster control what your insurance covers.

Content you submit

You confirm that the information, photos and messages you send us are accurate and that you have the right to share them. You give us permission to use them to prepare your estimate, perform your repair and maintain your repair record.

Third-party links and services

Our site links to pages we do not control, such as Google Maps and Google reviews. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of the site or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Kansas law for the repair work we perform.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. We may update them; the effective date above shows when they were last revised.
